Job Duties
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- prepare ingredients ensuring freshness and quality
- execute cooking methods including grilling, sautéing, and frying
- cook and plate dishes according to established standards
- collaborate with kitchen team for coordinated food production
- maintain quality control by monitoring seasoning, temperature, and cooking times
- adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- keep workstations clean and organized
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff on menu and specials
- assist in inventory management including stock monitoring and rotation
- be flexible and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environment
- adapt to changes in menu and customer requests
