Job Duties

  • follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • prepare ingredients ensuring freshness and quality
  • execute cooking methods including grilling, sautéing, and frying
  • cook and plate dishes according to established standards
  • collaborate with kitchen team for coordinated food production
  • maintain quality control by monitoring seasoning, temperature, and cooking times
  • adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • keep workstations clean and organized
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff on menu and specials
  • assist in inventory management including stock monitoring and rotation
  • be flexible and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environment
  • adapt to changes in menu and customer requests
