Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Willingness to perform occasional bending, lifting, and stretching
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in line cook positions or culinary training preferred
Job Duties
- Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections and weekly specials
- Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare menu items and specials
- Cross-trains on all Pool Kitchen stations: pantry, grill, flat, pizza, and prep
- Labels and stocks all ingredients on shelves for organized and easy access
- Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler daily
- Performs utility duties when utility staff member is not scheduled
- Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen
