Job Requirements

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent attendance history
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals using fresh ingredients
- Ensure all cooking and food preparation meets Touchmark's gold standard
- Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely meal service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in menu development and presentation
