Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to handle multiple kitchen stations is a plus
- Exceptional knife skills
- Passion for food quality and presentation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and organizational ability in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Work efficiently across various kitchen stations including Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill
- Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen flow under pressure
- Ensure consistent presentation and quality in all dishes
