Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple kitchen stations is a plus
  • Exceptional knife skills
  • Passion for food quality and presentation
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and organizational ability in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • Work efficiently across various kitchen stations including Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen flow under pressure
  • Ensure consistent presentation and quality in all dishes
