Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Four or more years of experience as a Line Cook preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to recreate standard recipes accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Familiarity with menu items and ingredients
  • Willingness to work early shifts, including weekends, full-time availability

Job Qualifications

  • Four or more years of Line Cook experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to recreate recipes per Hash Kitchen standards
  • Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience
  • Knowledge of the menu and the varying products offered by Hash Kitchen

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Hash Kitchen recipes
  • Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
  • Safely utilize a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc
  • Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Hash Kitchen guidelines
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Adhere to Hash Kitchen safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
