Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a culinary or line cook position
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Capacity to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
Strong teamwork skills
Compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
Ensure timely and efficient completion of orders in a high-volume setting
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize kitchen operations
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Receive and store supplies properly
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
