Job Requirements

  • Experience in a minimum of one station such as pantry, pastry, pizza, wok, saute, grill
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity in a high-volume restaurant
  • Flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends
  • Exceptional knife skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to read and execute a recipe
  • A passion for making great food and accountability for presenting quality dishes

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of starters, entrees, pizzas and more using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques
  • Know and comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service
  • Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and corresponding equipment
  • Execute proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly and according to standards
