Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- at least 1+ year experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and multi-task
- ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
- passion for food preparation and providing excellent guest service

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- follow directions from the Executive Chef and Lead Cooks
- adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety sanitation guidelines
- assist with prep work and ingredient deliveries
- provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of dishes
- maintain open communication with restaurant servers and managers
- support the culinary team in preparing for high-volume service
