Job Requirements
- Commitment to Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proficiency in sautéing, grilling, and preparing pastas and fish
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude around residents, family members, visitors, and colleagues
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proficiency in sautéing, grilling, and preparing pastas and fish

- Excellent attendance history
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
- Positive and professional attitude in interactions with residents, families, visitors, and team members
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and high-quality meals following set recipes and standards
- Utilize various cooking techniques including sautéing, grilling, and preparing pastas and fish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain the Gold Standard in food preparation and presentation
- Assist with inventory management and proper food storage
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
