Job Requirements

Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 3pm to 11pm
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Willingness to adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

Experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
Ability to follow recipes and measures precisely
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Prepare amazing food by following recipes to produce consistent results
Understand and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
Portion all the products, follow recipes, line builds and always make sure the plate presentation looks perfect
Keep it clean by following sanitization standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation and complying with all food handling standards
