Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
reliable transportation to work
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
good communication and teamwork skills
basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools

Job Duties

following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
passionately preparing, portioning, and or cooking food items according to quality specifications
assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
being a team player
