- Ability to follow sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use cutting tools, cookware and bake ware

- Proven experience as cook
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, baking, boiling
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
Job Duties
- Comply with written standardized food recipes and beverages to ensure consistent quality and portion control
- Receive and check food and supplies into the kitchen and storerooms including inspecting condition, checking against invoices and orders, and freshness of product
- Store new and reused products in proper temperatures and proper wrappings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas as instructed by the Chef or General Manager
- Complete opening and closing checklists as outlined by the Chef or General Manager
- Protect the assets of the Club
- Operate within the guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by Hampton Golf
- Maintain food handlers or managers certificate
- Assist with other duties as needed
