Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be fully conversational in English
- 1 to 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment demonstrating entry-level cooking skills such as prepping, grilling, frying
- Must successfully obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
- Able to lift 35 lbs. or more
- Supporting other cooks and working in a team environment
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions

Job Duties
- Work in OTG's prep kitchens or on the line of fast-casual concepts
- Support back-of-house by prepping ingredients for kitchen lines
- Prepare food to correct temperature, portion size, and plating according to specifications
- Control quality of all food items prepared to OTG specifications and restaurant directions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and work toward guest satisfaction
