Job Requirements
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

- prior kitchen experience preferred
- food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- execute menu recipes accurately according to Gordon Ramsay standards
- ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- prepare all menu dishes in line with guest requests
- control portions and maintain temperature guidelines
- adhere to company time standards for food preparation
- manage cooking station setup, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, breakdown, and storage
- operate various kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, broiler, oven
