Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or older
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • basic math and reading skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset

Job Duties

  • prepare food using methods such as cutting, sauteing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and other ingredients
  • adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • ensure timely preparation of dishes to meet guest demands
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure meal quality and consistency
  • manage inventory of ingredients to avoid shortages
  • assist in receiving and storing deliveries
