Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant experience or equivalent
  • knowledge and experience in food preparation
  • punctuality to meet personal schedule
  • friendly, courteous, and pleasant attitude
  • clean, well-manicured appearance
  • ability to safely transport containers up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk for entire shift
  • ability to safely navigate slick, uneven surfaces and stairs
  • ability to retrieve and stock shelves and coolers
  • ability to safely move in all restaurant areas
  • accept constructive criticism
  • work variable and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures

  • set up correct serving ware
  • operate all functions of position independently
  • maintain menu item counts and communicate shortages
  • maintain a clean and orderly work area

  • multitask and perform varied duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations
