Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have current ServeSafe certification
- Must have a negative TB test
- Must have at least one year of food service experience
- Ability to take directions and perform duties effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to produce quality food in fast-paced environment
- Good work ethic
- Strong sanitary knowledge
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to maintain grooming and dress code
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, and cold items
- Properly label and date food items for storage
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to ensure smooth service
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Use food preparation tools according to manufacturers instructions
- Close the kitchen correctly and follow closing checklist for kitchen stations
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Maintain a sanitary work area at all times
- Return dirty food preparation utensils to appropriate areas
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
- Assist with all duties as assigned by Executive Sous Chef
- Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Make sure all storage areas are tidy and products are stored appropriately
