Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
at least one year of previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred
knowledgeable in the use of kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens
flexible to work a variety of shifts
committed to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
knowledge of various kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens
ability to work under high-pressure, fast-paced environments
strong communication and teamwork skills
understanding of food presentation and quality standards
flexibility in work schedule including availability for varied shifts

Job Duties

Prepare menu items according to company specifications and quality standards
manage ticket orders for protein items
maintain proper food temperatures and ensure food safety compliance
keep station and workspace clean and organized
perform opening duties including station setup and preparation
execute closing cleaning duties following sanitation protocols
communicate and coordinate effectively with kitchen team and management
