Job Duties

prepare prime steaks and seafood items in accordance with menu specifications
adhere to food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
manage proper storage of products in walk-in cooler and freezer
maintain organization of dry storage areas
clean and maintain assigned kitchen station
monitor ticket times to ensure timely food preparation
ensure quality and presentation of all dishes
