Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a professional kitchen
knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
strong time management skills

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
excellent knife skills and cooking techniques

Job Duties

prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
manage prep work efficiently
execute orders promptly and accurately
collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
complete closing duties including cleaning and restocking
