Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
Ability to follow recipes and adhere to portion and temperature standards
Capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Previous line cook or relevant kitchen experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Execute menu recipes accurately
Ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
Maintain portion control and adhere to temperature guidelines
Manage cooking station setup, prep, and stocking
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work area
Operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven
Break down and store ingredients and equipment properly
