Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food handling and safety knowledge
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to Red Robin standards including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals
- Ensure safe food handling and maintain cleanliness standards
- Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
- Provide guests with worry-free dining experience through consistent food quality
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen efficiency
- Participate in maintaining inventory and stock levels
