Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years professional cooking experience in restaurant or establishment of similar caliber
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be organized, motivating, and personable
- Working knowledge of reservation management systems is highly preferred

Job Duties
- Oversees assigned areas of culinary production and works service
- Execute recipes accurately and maintain kitchen equipment
- Use working knowledge of basic cooking techniques such as measuring, knife skills, sautéing, grilling, roasting, and poaching
- Ensure consistent preparation and serving of all food products according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
