- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Execute menu recipes accurately to the Gordon Ramsay standard
- Ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- Prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests
- Maintain portion control and temperature guidelines
- Adhere to company time standards for food preparation
- Manage cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven
