Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Execute menu recipes accurately to the Gordon Ramsay standard
  • Ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
  • Prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests
  • Maintain portion control and temperature guidelines
  • Adhere to company time standards for food preparation
  • Manage cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven
