Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
weekend and holiday availability is required
ability to lift at least 50 pounds
ability to stand for extended periods
strong attention to detail
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
strong passion for hospitality and food service
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent teamwork and communication skills
willingness to learn and grow within the company
ability to follow recipes and quality standards

Job Duties

Prepare food from recipes created by award-winning Chef Ype Von Hengst
work across various kitchen stations as part of the Kitchen Hat Development Program
maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards
collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food service
adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures
participate in team meetings and training sessions
assist with inventory management and kitchen organization
