Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service
- At least 2 years experience as Line Cook
- Culinary school degree required
- Proficient in advanced knife handling
- Able to work in any kitchen section
- Good food knowledge and understanding of culinary terms
- Ability to read and prepare company recipes accurately
- Knowledge of public health standards and compliance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and appearance according to company standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all basic food items for the menu requested by their supervisor
- Possess advanced knife handling skills
- Work competently in any section of the kitchen
- Maintain strong food knowledge and understand culinary terms
- Read, understand, follow, and prepare company recipes
- Efficiently complete tasks with productivity
- Follow public health standards according to company expectations within their section
- Maintain assigned area ready for inspections
- Report for duty on time and follow supervisor's instructions
- Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and hygiene follow company rules and regulations
