Job Requirements

  • Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Eye for detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to fill in as needed to support restaurant operations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of high-volume restaurant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Detail-oriented with capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
