Job Requirements

Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Eye for detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Ability to fill in as needed to support restaurant operations

Ability to follow recipes accurately

Job Duties

Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
Communicate effectively with team members and management
