Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic food preparation and cooking skills
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role preferred
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in food preparation
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to company standards and recipes
Ensure proper presentation and plating of dishes
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Monitor food quality and ensure safety compliance
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Assist with inventory control and stock management
Follow all health and safety guidelines rigorously
