Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked
Cook and prepare simple components of each dish on the menu
Report to the kitchen manager and follow instructions
Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards
Clean and maintain prep areas
Stock inventory and supplies
General cleaning
