- Ability to report any injury immediately to supervisors or security officer

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with team members during service
- Assist team members as needed to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Keep managers informed of any issues or challenges encountered during daily operations and work together to find timely solutions
- Maintain stock levels of product in workstations and storage areas including coolers and dry storage
- Address any concerns related to food quality promptly and effectively
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu including ingredients, flavor profiles, and preparation techniques
- Prepare food according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- Prepare food items for customers using predetermined methods in a timely and consistent manner
- Set up station with required items to service the restaurant
- Familiarize with menu items, daily specials, and promotions to ensure effective operations
- Perform set up duties including side stations, storage areas, and food handling areas
- Prepare and assemble menu items ensuring plating and presentation meet quality standards
- Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as internal policies and procedures
- Oversee food safety practices including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food items
