Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • lift and carry 30 pounds
  • walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
  • adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
  • follow dress code and maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance

  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with other team members

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • use chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • ensure all products are stored properly in the correct location at appropriate levels
  • prepare and sell food that meets all food quality indicators and guest expectations
  • sell food within recommended time frames to meet guest expectations
  • prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets to serve the freshest product and eliminate waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
  • maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
  • clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and clean and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
  • maintain favorable working relationships with all company team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
