Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen role
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to Yard House recipes and standards
Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
Manage food inventory and minimize waste
Assist with training new kitchen staff as needed
