Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time (30 hours or less) with a flexible schedule
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work shifts as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m. with fluctuating hours
- 1 year of relevant kitchen cooking experience
- Good standing without performance issues for internal candidates with at least 1 year tenure
- Associate's degree preferred but not required
- State Food Handler's Certification mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required
- Proven ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented kitchen environment
- State Food Handler's Certification required
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and complete dishes to company standards with the highest quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Prepare ingredients with strong knife skills and precision
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations including State Food Handler's Certification
- Manage time efficiently to meet service demands
- Ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients are used consistently
