Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume cooking environment
must have valid identification
ability to stand, walk, reach, handle, talk, hear, taste and smell regularly
ability to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
ability to occasionally sit, climb stairs and/or maintain balance
must have knowledge to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
knowledge to calculate discounts and tips
knowledge of fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
basic English reading and comprehension skills
ability to follow written and oral instructions
ability to creatively solve problems
flexibility to work varied shifts
ability to work under pressure
food handler's certification may be required
willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety standards
