Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • valid form of identification
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • capability to calculate discounts and tips
  • ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
  • ability to use common sense to follow instructions
  • demonstrated problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to stand, walk, reach, handle objects, talk, hear, taste and smell regularly
  • ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to sit, climb stairs and maintain balance
  • good vision including depth perception and focus adjustment
  • physical mobility to respond quickly to emergencies
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays
  • ability to maintain professionalism, teamwork and emotional intelligence
  • food handler’s certification depending on local regulations
