We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook to join our team at Newark Liberty International Airport. Our restaurant portfolio at this location includes popular and diverse dining options such as Flavortown, Sora Sushi, Jersey Mike's Subs, Mediterranean Grill, and many more. As a Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen operations by preparing high-quality meals that reflect the rich local culinary scene and meet our established standards. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.00 along with full benefits, set schedules, and a work environment focused on safety and teamwork.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong culinary skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining excellent food quality and presentation. You will be responsible for following standardized recipes, food safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines to ensure every dish served meets our high standards. In addition to cooking, you will assist with inventory management and stock rotation to maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen operation.
