This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and guest satisfaction, providing an essential service to SeaWorld’s visitors. This position is part-time, with an availability requirement of up to 29 hours per week across 3 to 4 days, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings, and night shifts. SeaWorld invests in its Ambassadors by providing paid training and ServSafe certification, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain the highest standards in food safety and customer service.
