Job Description

The Cooper's Hawk restaurant is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join their team and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. The Line Cook will be responsible for daily food preparation and execution across various stations in the kitchen.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 6 months of line cook experience in fine dining or similar environment
  • ability to work in a team and follow professional cooking standards, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • strong communication skills and the capability to handle a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • fluency in English
