Line Cook

The Line Cook position at Atlas Restaurant Group involves performing the full cooking process using assigned recipes, such as preparing and measuring ingredients, grilling, frying, broiling, baking, and sautéing. The role also includes checking for proper doneness and taste, adjusting seasoning and temperature, and setting plate presentations. The Line Cook is fully responsible for all aspects of the cooking station and ensuring sanitation guidelines are followed.
