LINE COOK

This position is for a Prep Cook/Line Cook at LPT located in Tucson, AZ. The role reports to the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, and involves following and enforcing all LPT concepts rules, policies, procedures, standards, and recipes. The essential functions include coordinating with the Chef, completing daily prep tasks, meeting quantity requirements, and maintaining knowledge of all stations and menu items.
