Lincoln Dealership Loaner Coordinator/BDC Support

Lincoln of Ramsey is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Fleet and Reservation Coordinator/BDC Support Staff to manage the fleet of loaner vehicles and support BDC Reservation Specialists with inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, coordinating repairs, optimizing fleet efficiency, and working with valets for client service vehicle transportation. Additional duties will be discussed during the interview. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer service mindset.
