BA House Cleaning is currently seeking full-time, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join their growing team. This role involves delivering exceptional residential cleaning services independently and sometimes as part of a team. Employees must have a valid driver’s license, own a reliable vehicle with insurance, and be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks including lifting up to 20 pounds. The company offers competitive compensation, with earning potential exceeding $900 per week, ranging from $974 to $1,036 weekly, making this a rewarding opportunity for candidates committed to quality work.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights or weekend shifts, thereby supporting a healthy work-life balance. BA House Cleaning aims to assign cleaning routes as close as possible to an employee’s home within approximately a 15-mile radius to optimize convenience and commute; however, due to the wide service area, flexibility to travel to various East Bay cities, including Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Clayton, Oakley, and Concord, is important especially during training and route adjustments.
