We are currently offering a position for a dedicated Cleaner who will perform various cleaning tasks at client properties during working hours. This role requires travel to different houses and offices within Tomball and nearby areas, involving routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning jobs. The Cleaner will utilize task lists, cleaning products, and equipment supplied by Tomball's Finest Cleaning to deliver consistent and thorough cleaning results. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential qualities for this position.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with some variability depending on the weekly service schedule. The successful candidate must be punctual, responsible, and able to follow both written and verbal instructions independently. We value a respectful approach to client homes and belongings and emphasize communication with clients, supervisors, and teammates. While prior cleaning experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide paid training to equip new hires with the skills needed to succeed. Job Requirements

- legally authorized to work in the united states

- possess a valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform assigned cleaning tasks according to company checklists and standards
- complete recurring cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in or move-out cleanings
- dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean surfaces, and carry out other designated tasks
- use cleaning products, tools, and equipment correctly and safely
- work efficiently without compromising quality
- treat clients' properties and belongings with care and respect
- communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and coworkers
- report any damage, safety issues, or supply shortages
- maintain cleaning products and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use
- inspect work before leaving each property
