Job Description

The role of a LIME Manager is a crucial leadership position, tasked with ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and that guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

The LIME Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational facets of the restaurant and leading the Lime Fresh Mexican Grill team in the absence or support of the General Manager. This includes managing day-to-day business activities such as sales review and analysis of food and labor costs. The manager also handles human resources responsibilities—ranging from recruiting and hiring qualified team members to delivering staff training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations. Maintaining strong customer relations by monitoring satisfaction levels, responding to feedback, and fostering guest loyalty is a key responsibility. Additionally, the manager manages vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory control, and ensures full compliance with legal, safety, and sanitation regulations.

This leadership role requires a proactive approach to problem solving, team building, and operational oversight. In collaboration with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the LIME Manager helps develop and maintain community ties outside the restaurant, representing the brand as a local ambassador. Focused on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee development, this position demands a hands-on leader who can adapt to a dynamic environment and meet financial and operational targets. Job Requirements

  • Complete Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Basic Training course
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
  • Have knowledge of service, food and beverage, generally involving at least two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or leadership positions
  • Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have the stamina to work 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Complete Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Basic Training course and be approved by Everfresh Endeavors, Inc.
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
  • Have knowledge of service, food and beverage, generally involving at least two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or leadership positions
  • Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have the stamina to work 50 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Interface with guests to ensure a perfect LIME experience
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
  • Ensure that all food and products are high quality and prepared and served following set standards
  • Ensure restaurant achieves objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation/cleanliness
  • Train and develop new staff
  • Work with the GM to make employment and termination decisions
  • Order and inventory stock and supplies
  • Lead shifts as needed
  • Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures
  • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests
  • Act as a community and location Ambassador
