The Lighting Sales Consultant role is a pivotal position within the Kendall Lighting Center, directly reporting to the Showroom Manager. This role centers on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of a wide range of lighting products. The Lighting Sales Consultant serves as the face of the showroom, greeting and assisting customers both in-person and over the phone. They play a crucial role in maintaining showroom appearance through merchandising new accessories, ensuring accurate pricing, and keeping the space clean and organized.

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in
- sell a wide variety of lighting products to customers visiting or calling in
- maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet company growth objectives
- merchandise new accessories and price them as required
- maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom
- maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards
- perform other duties as assigned
