Job Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • experience with MS Office
  • strong computer and typing skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • ability to multi-task and shift priorities
  • able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
  • ability to work well cross-functionally
  • excellent internal and external customer service
  • willingness to learn quickly
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • ability to sit, talk, and listen
  • ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs frequently
  • ability to climb stairs
  • able to work in a normal showroom environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous lighting showroom sales experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in
  • sell a wide variety of lighting products to customers visiting or calling in
  • maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet company growth objectives
  • merchandise new accessories and price them as required
  • maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom
  • maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
