Job Requirements

1 year of customer service experience
high school diploma or GED equivalent
experience with MS Office
strong computer and typing skills
highly organized and detail-oriented
ability to multi-task and shift priorities
able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
ability to work well cross-functionally
excellent internal and external customer service
willingness to learn quickly
ability to work independently and as part of a team
excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
ability to sit, talk, and listen
ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs frequently
ability to climb stairs
able to work in a normal showroom environment

Job Qualifications

previous lighting showroom sales experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in
sell a wide variety of lighting products to customers visiting or calling in
maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet company growth objectives
merchandise new accessories and price them as required
maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom
maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards
perform other duties as assigned
