Job Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- experience with MS Office
- strong computer and typing skills
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
- ability to work well cross-functionally
- excellent internal and external customer service
- willingness to learn quickly
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- ability to sit, talk, and listen
- ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs frequently
- ability to climb stairs
- able to work in a normal showroom environment
Job Qualifications

- previous lighting showroom sales experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in
- sell a wide variety of lighting products to customers visiting or calling in
- maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet company growth objectives
- merchandise new accessories and price them as required
- maintain cleanliness and order of the showroom
- maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards
- perform other duties as assigned
