The open role of DELIVERY DRIVER-LIGHT TRUCK is a critical position within Coastal Beverage Company, offering a unique opportunity to join a growing company that values service-driven professionals seeking a stable and rewarding career. This position operates Monday through Friday with shifts starting early morning at 4:00 AM and concluding around 2:00 AM, including occasional additional hours as needed to meet customer demands. The role demands not only efficient and safe delivery of beverage products but also involves unloading, stocking, maintaining product quality, and ensuring excellent customer relationships at various accounts.

As a DELIVERY DRIVER-LIGHT TRUCK, the candidate must demonstrate exceptional time management skills, a professional appearance, and outstanding customer service abilities. The role heavily emphasizes on in-field presence, requiring constant visits to customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, compliance with sales and regulatory standards, and meticulous handling of all sales transactions, including cash and check payments. The ability to follow safety policies and procedures, including defensive driving and appropriate use of personal protective equipment, is paramount to sustaining company standards and safety regulations.

In addition, this position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within the team environment, establishing positive relationships with both the customers' primary contacts and the internal sales staff. Delivery drivers serve as the face of Coastal Beverage Company to clients, and thus must maintain professional communication and appearance at all times. The role also requires maintaining company property, guiding route assistants, and upholding punctual attendance to guarantee timely product delivery. Physical demands for this role are considerable, encompassing duties such as lifting products up to 160 pounds, managing inventory, and executing various merchandise organization tasks.
