Job Description
Patience In-Home Care PCA Services is a dedicated home care provider specializing in nursing services for individuals with complex medical needs. Based in the North Twin Cities Metro area, including Anoka County and its surroundings, the company has built a reputation for compassionate, high-quality care that respects the dignity and uniqueness of every client. With a strong commitment to creating sanctuaries of care, Patience In-Home Care focuses on fostering a nurturing and ethical environment, benefiting both those they serve and their employees. By placing a distinct emphasis on patient-centered care, the company ensures that loved ones receive personalized attention that addresses their physical, emotional, and psychosocial health needs. Their mission is not only to provide excellent health interventions and personal care but also to engage employees meaningfully so that every caregiver contributes positively to this supportive atmosphere.
The current opening is for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join their team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing direct 1:1 care and light housekeeping in one of the client's homes. The position offers flexible hours, typically including one 3-hour shift per week. The PCA's responsibilities include assisting with personal care needs, helping with organization, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness in key areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. The opportunity is perfect for someone who is compassionate, attentive, and eager to make a difference in the lives of individuals requiring support.
Through this role, the PCA will contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of the client by performing essential household tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing countertops, and changing bedding. Beyond the physical tasks, this position is about creating a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Patience In-Home Care also supports its employees with competitive wages between $21 and $22 per hour, a flexible schedule, and additional benefits that enhance job satisfaction and work-life balance.
This position is an excellent fit for individuals who have prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in housekeeping roles and possess skills pertinent to healthcare administration and home care. If you are passionate about helping others and contributing to a caring community, this role offers a unique chance to be part of a company that values ethical standards, employee engagement, and quality care.
