The role of a Lift Maintenance Technician is a crucial position within this renowned resort. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing ski lift equipment and various mountain attractions to ensure safe and efficient transportation for both guests and employees. This is a hands-on job that requires working in extreme and changing weather conditions throughout the year, covering fixed grip, detachable, and surface lifts. The technician will perform preventive and routine maintenance to uphold the operational integrity and safety of the lifts, which are essential to the resort's daily functioning.

This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving mechanical issues as well as a commitment to following strict safety standards and regulations, including ANSI, state, and federal guidelines. Besides technical expertise, the technician will often work at heights up to 70 feet, use ladders and harnesses, and be capable of lifting heavy equipment up to 60 pounds unassisted.
