The Lifestyle Show Producer/Station Events Coordinator role at WJW TV is a multifaceted position integral to the success of New Day Cleveland and the station’s community engagement efforts. This role entails the creation of original content across multiple platforms—broadcast, digital, and social media—to engage and expand the program's audience. The producer is responsible for booking guests, writing scripts, and directing both on the studio floor and in the production booth to ensure a seamless and polished viewing experience. Additionally, overseeing live remotes and managing various assigned tasks are key components of this role.

Beyond content production, this position involves collaboration with the sales department and their clients, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
