The Lifestyle Manager role at Esplanade is a pivotal position responsible for elevating the community’s lifestyle experience. This full-time role, compensated at $85,000 annually, demands a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences. The Lifestyle Manager curates and executes an extensive calendar of activities and events tailored to the diverse interests of Esplanade’s members and guests. These activities include fitness and wellness programs, court sports, cultural and themed events, pet activities, social clubs, and much more. The role involves collaborating with local businesses, vendors, and internal departments such as sales and the builder team to ensure seamless delivery and integration of community events.
Beyond event planning, the Lifestyle Manager is expected to foster strong relationships with residents by providing concierge-style assistance and maintaining high standards of customer service. Continuous program improvement through member feedback and staying abreast of industry trends is critical to the role, ensuring that offerings remain relevant, engaging, and innovative. The Lifestyle Manager also plays an integral role in promoting events with the sales team and is responsible for coordinating and executing high-quality special occasions from conception to completion.

Job Duties
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences including fitness, wellness, court sports, cultural events, pet events, themed events, social clubs and groups, and social gatherings
- Building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to bring unique and engaging experiences to the community
- Collaborating with other departments including sales and the builder team to ensure a seamless delivery of all programs and events
- Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from members to continually improve and evolve the program offerings
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our program offerings remain robust and relevant
- Working closely with the sales team to promote community events and activities, and provide concierge-style assistance to residents
